11 x 17" Chipboard Pads

These 11 x 17 inch chipboard pads are cut from recycled kraft fiberboard to a 22-point (.022") thickness, producing a firm, flat sheet that holds its shape under stack pressure without adding meaningful weight to a shipment.

Typical uses include stiffening envelopes and poly mailers to protect photos, documents, and flat artwork; separating product layers inside corrugated shippers; providing top-cap protection against box cutters during receiving; and backing lightweight items in retail or e-commerce packaging. Print shops, fulfillment centers, and light manufacturing operations rely on them wherever a rigid, low-profile insert is needed.

Each case contains 480 pads. The uncoated kraft surface accepts labels and handwritten markings, and the consistent caliper across every sheet supports automated insertion on high-volume packing lines. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
