12 x 12" Chipboard Pads

These 12 x 12 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 22-point (.022 inch) thickness from recycled kraft fiberboard, delivering consistent caliper and reliable rigidity across the full sheet. The square format makes them equally effective as layer separators, envelope stiffeners, product dividers, and top-of-carton protection inserts.

Fulfillment centers, retail distribution operations, and light manufacturing facilities rely on these pads to prevent product shifting and surface abrasion between stacked items, maintain mailer rigidity in transit, and protect carton contents from box cutters during receiving. The square footprint aligns with common mailer and inner carton dimensions, reducing the need for trimming.

Each case contains 625 pads, providing high-volume supply suited to continuous operational use. The pads ship via parcel carrier, supporting standard replenishment cycles without requiring freight coordination.
