12 x 18" Chipboard Pads

These 12 x 18 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 22-point (.022 inch) thickness from recycled paper fiber kraft — uncoated and unlaminated for a clean, flat surface that lays consistently without curling. The rigid construction holds its shape under load, making it dependable for repetitive, high-volume use.

Typical applications include layer separation between stacked products in corrugated shippers, envelope and mailer stiffening to prevent bending in transit, top-of-carton protection against box cutters during receiving, and void fill backing in multi-item shipments. E-commerce fulfillment centers, retail distributors, and light manufacturing operations all use these pads where a low-profile, lightweight protective insert is needed.

The footprint aligns with standard corrugated box interior dimensions commonly used across fulfillment operations. Each case contains 420 pads and ships via parcel carrier.
