12 x 24" Chipboard Pads

These 12 x 24 inch chipboard pads are cut from 22-point (.022 inch) stock, delivering a firm, consistent caliper that holds its shape under stacking pressure and repeated handling. The smooth surface and precise flat cut make them reliable for layer separation, envelope stiffening, and surface protection across commercial packaging workflows.

Warehouses and fulfillment centers use these pads to separate stacked product layers inside corrugated shippers, shield contents from box cutter damage during receiving, and add rigidity to flat mailers and poly bags. Retail distribution operations also use them as pallet tier sheets and product interleaving in apparel, print, and consumer goods packaging lines.

Each case contains 275 pads. The 22-point grade balances rigidity and sheet weight, keeping per-unit handling efficient without adding unnecessary bulk to finished cartons. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
