14 x 14" Chipboard Pads

These 14 x 14 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a consistent 22-point (.022 inch) caliper from recycled kraft fiber, delivering a firm, flat surface that resists flex under stacked loads. The square format and uniform thickness make them reliable for layer separation and surface protection across packing and fulfillment applications.

Common applications include layer dividers inside corrugated cartons, cap pads placed over top layers before closure, box cutter guards during receiving, and stiffeners inside poly mailers or rigid envelopes. The square footprint fits medium-format boxes and trays where a square pad is the most efficient fit.

Each case contains 460 pads, offering a strong per-unit cost for operations that cycle through separators at volume. Pads are cut to consistent caliper throughout the case, supporting uniform stack heights on packing lines. Ships via parcel carrier.
