18 x 24" Chipboard Pads

These 18 x 24 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 22 point (.022 inch) caliper from recycled kraft fiberboard, delivering a firm, flat surface with minimal weight. The combination of rigid support and lightweight construction makes them a cost-efficient alternative to corrugated when dimensional weight is a concern.

At this size and caliper, these pads serve as layer separators inside cartons for flat goods such as prints, documents, and photographs; as stiffeners inserted into envelopes and poly mailers; and as top-layer shields that protect carton contents from box cutters during receiving. Print fulfillment operations, e-commerce shippers, and distribution centers handling fragile flat goods are common users.

Each pad is sold in cases of 190. The recycled kraft fiberboard construction meets standard packaging-grade requirements for caliper consistency across the full case quantity. Ships via parcel carrier.
