24 x 36" Chipboard Pads

These 24 x 36 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 22-point caliper, delivering a rigid, flat sheet with enough body to resist compression and maintain its shape under load. The 22 point thickness makes them suited to applications where a thinner sheet would buckle or telegraph unevenly.

Common uses include layer separation in bulk cartons, top-of-load protection on palletized shipments, interleaving between stacked products, and stiffening inserts for envelopes and mailers. They are regularly used in warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, food manufacturing, and industrial distribution environments where product integrity between layers is a priority.

Pads are constructed from recycled paperboard and accommodate a range of carton and pallet footprints without trimming. Each case contains 110 pads and weighs approximately 53 lbs. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
