48 x 48" Chipboard Pads

These 48 x 48 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 22-point (.022 inch) thickness from recycled paperboard, delivering consistent caliper and reliable lay-flat performance across the full sheet surface. The full pallet-width format eliminates the need to offset or overlap pads when separating layers in a standard 48 x 48 inch palletized load.

Warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities use these pads as layer separators between stacked goods, protective interleaving during storage, and cutting barriers on top of carton layers to reduce blade damage during case opening. They also serve as surface guards during kitting, assembly staging, and product inspection on work tables and conveyor lines.

Each case contains 425 pads, supporting high-volume stocking and consistent replenishment cycles. These pads are a chipboard product — no flute designation applies. Freight delivery is required.
