16 x 16" Heavy-Duty Chipboard Pads

These 16 x 16 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 30 point thickness from recycled kraft fiberboard, delivering a rigid, flat surface with consistent stiffness and minimal weight penalty. The 30 point grade provides reliable structural integrity for demanding layering and separation tasks without overbuilding for applications that don't require corrugated.

Common uses include layer separators inside corrugated cases, protective interleaving between stacked fragile or finished goods, envelope and mailer stiffeners, void fill support, and top-of-carton cushioning that reduces box cutter damage during receiving. The square footprint fits standard mid-size shippers and trays used in warehouse, e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail distribution environments.

Each case contains 280 pads. Constructed from recycled kraft fiberboard, these pads ship via parcel carrier, making routine replenishment simple for packing lines and fulfillment stations of any scale.
