26 x 38" Heavy-Duty Chipboard Pads

These 26 x 38 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 30 point (.030") thickness from recycled kraft fiberboard, producing a rigid, flat sheet with consistent caliper and minimal curl. The construction resists flex under stacked load and provides a reliable barrier against box cutter penetration during unboxing.

The large-format dimensions make these pads practical across warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, and retail fulfillment environments. Common uses include layer dividers inside bulk shipping cartons, protective interleaving between stacked fragile goods, envelope and mailer stiffeners, and top-cap inserts placed directly beneath carton lids.

Each case contains 70 pads and weighs approximately 50.18 lbs. Cases ship via parcel carrier, keeping replenishment simple for facilities ordering at any volume. The pads stack efficiently on standard pallet racking and integrate without modification into high-speed packing line workflows.
